Created in 2019, Setter Tech is our business unit focused on the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the technology field. Through it, we offer specialized services to companies undergoing digital transformation and startups and new businesses seeking support to grow.
Setter Tech operates in two areas:
- In strategic and financial planning, fundraising, and M&A for startups and new businesses
- Supporting medium and large companies in digital transformation and open innovation processes, seeking closeness to startups through investments or M&A for acquiring new technologies, products, talents, or other innovation elements

- Financial Advisory: Development of business and financial plans to aid decision-making and valuation based on proven methodologies used by the market and Setter
- M&A: Coordination of the entire process of buying or selling startups and fundraising, including divestiture of participation to investment funds or strategic partners
