Setter assisted us in obtaining a line of credit from the IDB (Inter-American Development Bank), a long and arduous process that required coordination among the various people and companies involved in the due diligence and negotiation of the extensive contractual terms. All team members, from analysts to partners, were highly competent, both technically and interpersonally. I can attest that Setter was a key player in the project’s success!

Our relationship with Setter began in 2012, when we started a long-term strategic plan for our clinic. With their help, we developed a 10-year plan that was crucial for our growth. In 2015, they assisted us in a fundraising round and, in 2018, in choosing a new partner and structuring the negotiation. When we decided to sell Hospital Maringá, we conducted several interviews with M&A firms.
