Through it, we coordinate and manage fundraising with qualified investors to invest opportunistically in companies with great potential for value creation.
We select businesses managed by entrepreneurs who are eager to continue leading the company but who seek partners to contribute to the value creation process.
For this, Setter structures the entire fundraising process, followed by monitoring the value creation process and overseeing the invested companies.

Our story with Setter is divided into four moments. We began our relationship in 2012, when Setter arrived to manage our financial department. This included contributing to decision-making and helping us out of the difficult situation we were in. In 2014, Setter became a partner in our company, where it remained until early 2018. Then we reached the third phase, when we went through an M&A process conducted by Setter’s team in a masterful way. Now we are living the fourth moment in our history, where the commercial relationship was so good that it became personal—and today we are friends.
