Our story with Setter is divided into four moments. We began our relationship in 2012, when Setter arrived to manage our financial department. This included contributing to decision-making and helping us out of the difficult situation we were in. In 2014, Setter became a partner in our company, where it remained until early 2018. Then we reached the third phase, when we went through an M&A process conducted by Setter’s team in a masterful way. Now we are living the fourth moment in our history, where the commercial relationship was so good that it became personal—and today we are friends. Throughout this time, Setter delivered exactly what we needed and what they set out to do. Our relationship went far beyond what we imagined and was fundamental for BioVet!
