Created in 2019, Setter Tech is our business unit focused on the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the technology field. Through it, we offer specialized services to companies undergoing digital transformation, tech companies and startups and new businesses seeking support to grow.
Setter Tech operates in three areas:
- In the coordination of M&A processes for tech companies, in both buy-side and sell-side transactions, from preparation to deal closing.
- Supporting medium and large companies in digital transformation and open innovation processes, seeking closeness to startups or tech companies through investments or M&A for acquiring new technologies, products, talents, or other innovation elements
- In strategic and financial planning, fundraising, and M&A for startups and new businesses
Our services include:
- Financial Advisory: Development of business and financial plans to aid decision-making and valuation based on proven methodologies used by the market and Setter
- M&A: Coordination of the entire process of buying or selling tech companies, startups and fundraising, including divestiture of participation to investment funds or strategic partners
- CVC (Corporate Venture Capital): Execution of corporations’ investment strategy in startups and monitoring of invested companies
